✴DIRECTING IS SOMETHING MORE THAN GIVING ORDERS ✴

Education through history has gone through different stages that have allowed man to mold his thinking. As the Latin American Liberator Bolivar expressed it, 1825: "A being without study is an incomplete being"; In other words, education has been the filter that has formed the being in all its dimensions: from the axiological, conceptual, cognitive, and communicative.

Hence, taking as a point of reference the thought of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, it is intended to link and detail the opportunities that a managerial leader has for the creation of a good organization; that is based mainly on interactions with individuals and the creation of clearly positive links where not only does he benefit as a principal leader but that he is used by all the members of a common company.
In this sense ❝ the managers in their character of leaders must Educate ❞ since like education we will be guiding the steps of a group, we will exploit the power granted to be a leader in the behavior of the masses and take them to a specific purpose establishing a short, medium and long term goals. In turn educating them to be constant participants in growth and to be seen by their followers not only as people who command and give orders in an organization but rather as teachers worthy of admiration.
That is why, to educate is the activity that consists of transmitting certain knowledge and behavior patterns in order to guarantee the continuity of the culture of the society; concept that every leader in the process must handle. As can be appreciated, directing and educating go hand in hand 👏, it is a directing for humanism and development, to generate attitudes capable of motivating behavioral changes and convictions that the person and the community are entities in process. By virtue of this, day by day, the true organizational leaders and in particular the professionals in education, who have demonstrated a great ability to work both with the human capital, and with the students, must seek to have a new vision of their labor.
