"Leg Day" in the gym is among the most brutal of the workouts...
I can’t forget my first legs day in the gym .... it was like impossible for me to come down from stairs
Oh, you know it brother...
Or how about waking up, getting out of bed, and collapsing because your legs won't hold you up without actively concentrating on the act?
