No for me, intelligence has nothing to do with a degree, which is certainly obtained with a commitment to study, but it is only an accumulation of notions to be put into practice in a job.

Often one does not go beyond those notions and when dealing with different topics does not have clear ideas and often does not know how to express them.

And anyway, the example is precisely the fact that those in power, and I imagine they are almost all university graduates, are driving mankind to extinction.
