Many will have happened, they try to perform some activity but for some reason, they can not understand, you can not.

In this busy and changing world, in which sometimes feels as if you find yourself in a whirlwind, for everything that happens around you.

In which I ask you to focus on doing an activity, since in reality during the day you have many tasks to perform, and you do not know where to start.

That is the reality of many people, it is a whirlwind of everything that happens around you, and everything you have to handle every day, affects our concentration.

It is relatively easy to perform a task plan and classify activities has done, the problem consist in that often approach much more, of the hours that the day has.

After planning your activities comes the other problem. How much time do I dedicate to each one? This is usually very stressful, motivated that if you take more times than the assigned, unbalance your plan, which in turn causes a decline in your concentration from that point.

Plan your time and tasks visually

Relax

Obsessing with the performance of an activity can be counterproductive, and directly affects our concentration. We are not going to do any activity that we propose if we are stressed.
