Good story.

Truth takes time, and forgiveness can take time. Especially the truth about how immoral and dark we are when we don't want to face the mirror. But after reality shows its ugly head over and over and you are left alone in the dark to wallow in the actions you reaped for yourself by how you mistreated others, then you can wake up and seek the light and finally accept the truth of your condition, and begin to heal, and overcome the darkness, demon and shadow in yourself that has kept you down and others in your life.
