"skin for worry I'd hurt" is an example of poor writing. It should be "worrying" as that word conveys more action and sense of movement.

My writing has a lot of "for," "in," and prepositional phrases because I think while writing and don't always craft the words to produce the best effect all the time. I'm working on it, so pointing that out is a worthy notice.

It should be "I pushed myself off her without pushing against her fine young skin worrying that I’d crush or hurt her more.
