STOP AND GET MOTIVATED

MOTIVATION
In order to succeed in life, we need to learn certain key things necessary.
In this text I would try to make it brief and informative.
DISCIPLINE
First, we need to be discipline. Discipline is very important and most people around us judge us based on our disciplinary level.
“Nothing worthwhile is possible without discipline” (Bill Newman).
“With total discipline, we can solve all problems” (Scott Peck, “ The Road Less Travelled”).
“All good leaders have self discipline but the most successful ones are those who have total discipline” (Bill Newman)
These quotes above clearly characterizes the merits of discipline.
We less succeed without discipline.
PERSISTENCE.
Persistence is the vehicle driven by courage.
Courage is not merely the absence of fear but also doing away with worry and anxiety.
We must learn to free our minds off any possibilities of failure and learn to persist and not easily give up.
THE STORY OF MICHAEL J. COLE
Michael J.Cole set a new world record after an accident by bicycling around the country.
He said, “the accident thought me something, if you get run off the road, you get right up and start over again”. His story tells us how not to easily give up.
Bill Newman said, “Nothing in the world can take place of Persistence “ which means persistence is a powerful tool which has no substitution.
THE STORY OF THE ASIAN EMPEROR TAMALANE KHAN.
Tamalane Khan who was retreating from a war was resting and noticed an ant trying to push a grain of maize over a vertical wall, he watched the ant fail 69 times but he was inspired after the ant succeeded on the 70th attempt, after this , Tamalane organised his men and put their enemy back to fight and they were victorious.
TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
We must take responsibilities in doing what needs to be done and not waiting and hoping someone else will.
The Story of the Four Men( Everybody, Anybody, Somebody and Nobody)
Everybody was given work to do
Anybody could have done it
Somebody was expected to do it
But nobody did it
And hence Everybody is to blame
Everybody could have taken responsibility but no one did and hence the job was not done.
We should learn to be responsible for things that happen in our lifes.
Do not be a talker , be the doer, Execute the responsibilities assigned to you
