You know, I am a forum girl, I go way back to the old school waterfall style of text.. just text... just thought forms floating in the nether~verse. The things that have occurred to create the internet as we now know it in just the past 2 decades makes me breathless.
So when I found this community I was excited, I feel welcomed, I feel engaged and I feel like I could really find a home for my voice within this collective of thinkers. But I have to be sure. And in this time where you, dear reader, may note a sporadic~ness to my posting... please, bear with me and practice that patience.

I am looking at the time I have left, for most people in their 30s this is not such a dire threat, but being part of the immunologic-ally challenged crowd I have things to consider. How many hours am I willing to spend at work? Not as many as I used to I can tell you that! How much time should be allotted for my passions? What are those passions again?
Radio for one.
I have been enjoying what I have heard thus far on the MSPWaves Station. Very cool that this exists. And I am optimistic about the opportunity to be a part of this element of the Steemit-multi-verse.
I would like to be a good member of the community, I want to provide interesting / entertaining / uplifting content and do so on a regular basis. I just need to look around for a little while and get a feel for the place.
I have to think I am not alone in this and I wonder what outreach groups or efforts are made to help along those, like me, who are new and yet very willing to be part of something larger than themselves.

This was interesting for me to read this evening, as I sit here awake, contemplating the completion of what I have just done, resigning my roles in MSP and as founder of the very same radio station you applauded in this post. Stay in touch. I understand your post. I do. Very much. And it was timely for me to read this evening. Bittersweet, but timely.
