RE: Journaling as moment for freedom

in #writing7 years ago

I like the idea of writing your ideas down. One way to organize is to ask specific questions/sections, as you suggest: "bullet points with tasks"; "ask yourself a question": (like did I do it? will I do it today?...); next "acknowledging all you did in the day"; " personal reflection"; and so on...

My personal journal works almost the same: I create categories(usually about 11) like tasks, to write, to read, research, ideas, issues, FOCUS and then as I come across something I quickly find the category and make a few notes. This has become even more important now in my last 'quarter life' as the second thing to go without exercise is short-term memory ...G. I have created 50+ small workbooks(160 pages each) since retiring - maybe it would be published as "My Life Chronicles" lol, what do you think?

I would love to read your chronicles and journey trough life, i find the idea of categorization for a journal very compeling speccially as you progress with the habit.
