The present border of Bangladesh was created in 1947 when partition of Bengal (Bengal Presidency) and British India was partitioned during British colonial rule. After partition, the present Bangladesh region was then known as East Bengal, which was established as the eastern region of the newly formed country of Pakistan. While in Pakistan's capital, the name was changed from 'East Bengal' to 'East Pakistan'. Bangladesh was established as an independent and sovereign country in 1971 by armed struggle against exploitation, discrimination and oppression. During the liberation period, there have been famines and natural disasters at different times in poverty-stricken Bangladesh; The political instability and repetition of the military coup also have hampered the overall political stability of this country over and over again. Through the mass struggle in 1991, democratic governance has been reinforced, which continues till today. In spite of all adversity, the economic progress and prosperity of Bangladesh has been recognized throughout the world in the last two decades.
Bangladesh is ranked eighth in the list of the most populous countries in the world, though Bangladesh is ranked 94th in the world; As a result, Bangladesh is the ninth of the most densely populated countries in the world. Less than 56 thousand square miles of this country, the present population of this country is more than 15.59 crores, or 2,497 people in every square mile. [8]

[9] The poverty rate is 26.20 Percent, 11.90 percent of the world's poorest, and 1.5 percent of the annual poverty reduction rate. This developing country has been ranked on the list of "next eleven" economies after achieving economic growth of five to six percent annually for nearly two decades. Enhancement of capital Dhaka and other cities is working as a driver of this development. Its focus has been on the development of an ambitious middle class and the emergence of an able and active entrepreneur class. Bangladesh's export-oriented garment industry is particularly famous all over the world. Manpower export is also one of the country's economic pillars
