Hi Steem, in this post I will discuss about the law. If we talk about the law should be neutral, meaning that every person has the status and treatment law with no exception.

In contrast to what happened in Indonesia

The law in Indonesia can be said is not fair, why do I say it's unfair because the law in Indonesia in Sharp downward but upward blunt, referring to the existing law in Indonesia was more ensnare the lower class compared to the upper classes or officials. For the under treatment injustice is common, but for the officials or the upper class was tough law be enforced. That's why I say unfair.

Here are a few examples of the injustices in Indonesia

1. A boy of 15 years was sentenced to 5 years in prison for stealing slippers

A boy on trial for stealing sandals that should this problem can be resolved by agreement, but the boy even tried it on because the slippers were stolen are the property of Brigadier (Pol) One, Ahmad Rusdi Harahap, AAL should face the noose Article 362 Penal Code with the threat of a maximum demands 5 years in prison.

While the trial "AAL" witnessed by his parents, a boy 15 years was admitted not only to pressure but getting mistreatment during investigation by a police officer to be admitted as the perpetrators of the theft case of theft of flip-flops in white dull brand "Ando" for Rp 30 thousand it happened November 2010.

This case is not comparable to a sentence of 5 years in prison while the criminals in Indonesia there were sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and still many are wandering around out there.

Very sad taste. For stealing slippers boy 15 years have to b 5 years in prison, the law only more violent or explicitly to the weak side while becoming more lenient to those who have power and money. Should the 15-year boy was jailed for stealing slippers belonging to a soldier? if appropriate means the corrupt should be punished more severely!

2. Officials Corruption money amounting to Rp 2.5 billion and $ 1.2 million in legal 4.6 years in prison

Angelina Sondakh is A member of the House of Representatives Folk convicted of corruption money amounting to Rp 2.5 billion and $ 1.2 million from PT Group Permai project on its ability to lead projects at a number of universities.

And judges rated Also Angelina also proved to have abused his power as a member of Parliament . Of all the crimes committed Angelina Sondakh just received sentences of 4.6 years in prison and a amercement of Rp 250 million fine it was more , the light from prosecution 12 years in prison and a return of the corrupt money amounting to Rp 32 billion to the state .

Angelina Sondakh punishment received even lower than the punishment received by a boy of 15 years for stealing slippers.

The above case is only in part from the many cases that exist in Indonesia. From the above cases can be questioned, Who is actually worthy of severe punishment? Is a small community or whether the corrupt? Is it only the small community feel the cold prison bars while the corrupt can be free out there with their own luxurious facilities? What are your thoughts on the country Indonesia?
