BE YOUR OWN BOSS (FEMINIST OUTSPOKEN)

Being a woman seems to pose some form of limitations in the society in the view of many people.
Actually, i dont believe it to be so, i believe rhat every specie of God's creation has its purpose.
Women are unique being and should not be underestimated in any way.
Your capabilities as a woman is beyond what you can ever imagine. It tends to remain dormant until we put it to use.

I once had a conversation with a friend, he was trying to organize a campaign, on the day scheduled for the first meeting, majority of the folks that came out were 95% women.
At that point he became discouraged and said to me, "what i'm i supposes to achieve with just women?" that he expected more of guys than women because he believes he can achieve so much with them.

I just know how i feel each time someone undermines the capabilities of women, i immediately went ballistic with him, and demanded he should reverse what he had just said.
Afterwards, i said to him "you can never know the capabillties of anyone until you offer them the opportunity to utilize their strength, and they too will never know until they find themselves in a tight corner without an option, so just work with them and see the outcome"
He listened to me and apologised for his prevoius statement.
At the end of it all, he came back to say "thank you" and that he noticed the zeal and patience in women and not only that, they made him achieve his goal with less efforts.

Never ever undermine your abilities as a woman.
You're beautifully made
You're smarter than the level you are
You're exceptionally unique
You can be whatever you want
Just don't let anyone be your own boss, rather be your own boss.
