LEARN TO SAY NO
I learned in my life one of the greatest indices of maturity is the ability to say NO, without feeling guilty. Discipline is a necessary protocol required for the successful life. Discipline is personal regimentation for the purpose of preservation.

Life without checks will lead to a crash. Discipline is a deliberate effort to obstruct an indescribable continuum. It is the manifest evidence of a healthy value system. You cannot afford to go everywhere, doing everything and still end up at a proper destination.
Discipline will entail developing personal standards that naturally protect you from the offers of incompatible appeals.
In an automobile, the brakes provide a restraining force that facilitates control. You know what will happen if it were not possible to regulate the speed of a car.
Say **NO! **
Be prompt to discern detour -precursors. By all means refuse every side tracking allurement.
Every choice is a pathway to a specific destination. We are here because of yesterday's choices; the progression into our tomorrow depends on today's choices as well. Your choices have to be compatible with your desired destination.
There is no wisdom in deliberately working against your own destiny.
Refuse to be drowned by popular opinion.
