Quitting off 5 things - Part 2
In the last blog I mentioned these 5 things.
Lets know it in details.
1.TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYBODY
In today's world, we all are working hard, not to please ourselves or satisfy our needs but to please people around us that they will think we are good. We should stop this thought right away. Before thinking about others, we should live for us. What we like, what we think about ourselves.
2.FEARING CHANGE
I have read this that "Change is the only constant". And it is true as nothing seems to be the same as it was at the first place. Either it turned out to be good, or bad. But it did change. What we could do, is to accept it instead of fearing it. Accepting makes our things a lot easier.
3.LIVING IN THE PAST
The past is gone, and so are you with that at the moment. There is a new you with a new thought and new goals. Then why live in something which doesn't matter at all at present? We should always think about today, now and a little about tomorrow (which is about to come), because that's where our lives live now and will.
4.PUTTING YOURSELF DOWN
Putting oneself down to bring upon others? That's not even logical. So why think down about yourself when all you have is you at the end of the day. If you put yourself up, only then you will able to pull up the others.
Afterall, we cannot save when we ourselves are down.
5.OVERTHINKING
It's like a disease which only affect us and then our lives. We think so much unnecessarily, that we ruin what we have so beautiful or make worse what is already bad. Instead, think good and it will happen.
