Don't be scared to keep your heart wide open
I'll be right here to catch your fall
I can promise that you need not worry
Because your secrets will stay safe with me
My goal is to remain honest and trustworthy
So just let your mind run free

Find your way to a smile
It's been easy to tell
Something's been wrong for a while
I know you would feel better
If you would just get it off your chest
If you're unsure why not just try and

Late nights spent deprived of sleep
Longing for answers you just can't find
Maybe it's just that you need someone to see
How things in your world look from the outside
It's amazing what new perspective can do
How it shines light in the strangest way
So please say you'll take a chance and believe
That I really mean what I say

When I say that I just want to help you
And listen to your thoughts
Hear your heart expose the pieces
That you really feel you've lost
Shed the pain and cry the tears
From the battles that you've fought
It's time for you to face those fears
