The 'right' desire-by Psychic Medium Utsava
In Buddhism desire is the root of suffering. By desire, the Buddhists refer to the craving pleasure, material goods and immortality. Deep inside in us, these 'wants' can never be satisfied. As a consequence, desiring them can only bring suffering.
The desire is the root of 'ego', the 'false self'. Ego is also part of our personality, our expression in life, and gets us to assert ourselves. Without any ego or desire, we probably won't be able to function properly, or.....?
There is a difference between craving and aspiration. When the desire is compulsive and fanatic, tensed and pressuring then it is likely an unhealthy, ego-driven desire. Underneath you have the idea, that you need something from the outside world to fulfill yourself and without that you will be unhappy. What usually makes us unhappy, however, is the desire to have more, while everything is already in us. Not having what we feel we need so desperately, can lead to frustration and anger.
The etymology of 'aspiration' comes from Latin from the word 'breath' ("spirare"). This has to do with a close relationship between breath and aspiration. Breathing and going inside can help our inner self, our higher self, our soul to 'come to the surface' and 'bring out' what is deep inside of yourselves. This can lead to our approach towards what inspires us, in order to feel ourselves and see ourselves, in the outside world. For instance you feel inside harmony and calmness. Therefore, you want to have a nice garden and plant beautiful trees, bushes and flowers, where your inner self can 'feel home' and you can visualize how you actually feel inside.
Mindfulness meditation not only helps us to get in touch with our aspirations, but it helps us prevent the craving. The aspiration can replace the craving. A healthy aspiration is not dependent on the outcome, it is not fixed.
Wishes of goodwill and kindness for others, or the desire for happiness or being healthy, can be great qualities of aspirations. When the heart is open these wishes can surface.
In Mindful meditation we become more an observer, a watcher. We can also go inside during the day, while we are doing our daily activities. Meditation has to be not only while sitting, but also standing, walking and working. We can take a step back and become more of an observer. This will create space from our ego/mind and limit perhaps our desire for more, from ego. The 'right' desire might surface where we aspire things which come out more from a soul level.

Please check out my 2018 predictions and see for yourself all of the predictions that came true:
A couple of highlights of past predictions that happened:
-Donald Trump will be elected president
-Scandal with McMaster, Security advisor, last year, which has surfaced two weeks later, and that he will be forced out the following year because he is an operative to the Deep state.
-I predicted that car bombs/bomb attacks will be the next way how the Deep state will attack the United states. A few weeks later we had the series of attacks.
-Volcanic eruption on the west coast of the United States in 2018, predicted in 2017.
-Bitcoin and other financial market dips we had in January 2018.
-Wanchain, Ontology, Yoyow, Quantstamp and several other coins, they multiplied in recent months I recommended.
-0x, BAT,Etherium classic, Z cash I highly recommended and they are going to be added to Coinbase. They have gained momentum recently.
-I predicted that Salt would fail when it was $ 15 and repeatedly confirmed it. It is traded right now at $ 1 and their CEO just quit. It does not look good for Salt.
-I suggested when Bitcoin hit $ 9500 in May profit-taking and foreseen that the market would go down further and there would be a 'rocky road' ahead. After this Bitcoin will go up slowly.I predicted further market dips while everyone thought we had rallies coming. A lot of people expected $ 4000 Bitcoin again in 2018. I predicted this won't happen and the Bitcoin bottom at $ 6000. A lot of people have thanked me for great investment decisions, as they prevented major losses and gained momentum thanks to these and many more accurate psychic predictions. Psychic predictions should have approx. a 80% accuracy rate.
