Delicious Fried Tempe
Materials and seasonings needed
Main Ingredients
250 gr tempe
100 ml of boiled water
Right amount of oil
Softened seasoning:
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of cilantro
cm of turmeric
T tsp sugar
Salt to taste
How to make:
Cut tempeh 1 cm thick or to taste. Scrape the two surfaces.
Mix the fine spices with boiled water. Stir until mixed well. Put tempeh into it. Soak for 10 minutes so that the spices soak.
Heat the oil in the pan. Fried tempeh until it is brownish yellow. Lift, drain.
Place it on a serving plate. Serve.
