Getting Conected Through Eyes

Life is no doubt mysterious and our eyes are among our most amazing mysteries.
Through our eyes , we let the world in...we see beauty what is...along with what is not beautiful.
We search for each other , look at each other and finally get connected.
Eye connection conveys that we are here, we are intrested and we value the person we are with, we want to be aware of whatever happens deep inside the body when we get noticed

At times, we deeply long for eyes revealing the truth when our lips fail to speak

Being seen is something we desire . But it can also be terrifiying ,

what might others see?
Or do we fear that they will see something unrevealed or hidden?
Perhaps they see our flaws, our unworthiness or perhaps our insecuirity .
**Being humans, our antennae silently probe for any hint of being ashamed or criticicized
Surely if we exercise a broader way of seeing people___staying relaxed, holding our breath, keeping our gaze mild, assuring to be with them and letting them in, we will notice how our presence allow them to relax and move towards us.
The more, we show gentleness and care, the more silent strength we may find to be present through our gaze, especially with people we close to.......
Eye contact can become a kind of mindfullness practice. It feels right for us, perhaps it is how we extend our gaze towards our partner. Settled into relaxed eye contact with a friend , brings greater comfort and fulfilment. Disapprovals and disagreements conveyed theough eyes are easy to swallow and digest than the harsh words uttered out of lips.
