My App of the week is "Grammarly": Add grammar and spelling checking application to your web browser

Grammarly is a tool that can help improve your wiring skills free of charge. It also checks for grammar and vocabulary mistakes to some extent. There’s a free and paid version of the application, it cost $11.66 per month when you opt-in for an annual plan.

You can add it to your favorite mobile browser as an Add-on and it will check for spelling, punctuation and some grammatical errors in your all online writings. It works on social Medias such as Facebook, Gmail, LinkedIn and also Steemit.

How it Works

Grammarly scans your content and highlights the mistakes in red for your consideration. You choose to substitute the mistake with the right option chosen by the application. It gives a detailed explanation and a report for all of your mistakes in order to learn from it.

How to get it

If you’re interested in trying out Grammarly follow the steps below to integrate it into your browser;

1. Visit https://www.grammarly.com/ website on your favorite browser, I’m using Google Chrome. Go ahead and click the green button (Add to Chrome) in my situation.
   
2. Click on “Add extension” button in the modal.
   
3. Next, fill in the form and click continue until you reach the final stage where you create an account with your email and password. You will be logged automatically to your account where you can start editing your documents.
   

Testing

Testing the application on steemit. You can edit you write up directly on the steemit editor or you can click the edit button at the bottom edge for a detailed explanation.
