Great men like Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King jr and many other activists of the 20th century were known to fight to create "Equality of Opportunities" for minorities that the law had in one way or another prohibits from certain elements of society that help their future prospects.
Today, some people who feel that this is not enough are now fighting for "Equality of Outcomes", so no matter how ineffective”, inefficient and lazy you are, the outcome you get compared to The majority must match, otherwise the majority is deemed Racist, Sexist, Misogynist, Islam phobic, and the list goes on.
