This is coming soon. I recently bought a sprouting kit. When I was reading up on how to use it I learned all about the broccoli sprouts, so I haven't actually tried them yet. I have to get out to the health food store this week. Fingers crossed they have these broccoli seeds for sprouting. What I have in mind is taking pics of everything from spouting to juicing and recording my journey.
