Hello Steemies! Here's my entry for the day. Thanks to @travelsbyblue for initiating this contest.
- I love cooking this kind of PASTA as my son loves it. It's so healthy and yummy! It is so easy to cook! As I am always on the go mom, I chose menus that are so easy to prepare and cook but healthy as well.
Ingredients: ROTINI PASTA, ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES, ONION, OLIVE OIL, HOME MADE CILANTRO SAUCE WITH OLIVE OIL, FARM CHEESE (OR ANY CHEESE OF YOUR CHOICE), GARLIC AND NUTS.
Procedure: Cook Rotini Pasta in a casserole. In a pan, pour enough olive oil. Saute garlic, onions, roasted cherry tomatoes. Set aside. Put the cooked Rotini Pasta in a plate, pour the home made cilantro sauce with olive oil. Add the sauteed garlic, onions and roasted cherry tomatoes, garnished with cheese and nuts.
- Tada! You got a lip-smacking Rotini Pasta that kids really love!
