VP Pence announces plans for new North Korea sanctions.

2018The U.S. is set to unveil its "toughest and most aggressive" sanctions ever against North Korea, dampening hopes that the two sides will meet at the Winter Olympics in South Korea. Vice President Mike Pence discussed the sanctions Wednesday morning without saying what they will be. Ben Tracy reports from Pyeongchang.
