An American commitment to deter any external threat to Qatar

The United States affirmed its readiness to work with Qatar to deter and confront any external threat to the territorial integrity of the country in contravention of the Charter of the United Nations, as well as Qatar's role in confronting terrorism and extremism in all its forms.
