As our society has progressed through advances in technology we can notice that performance capacities of humans are increasing linear to that of the tech we use.

I've personally witnessed an small but crucial problem that the workplace brings.

Time Spent is favored over Time Saved

All over the world we have people with skills that are unparalleled but the first question asked of them is.

"What is your hourly rate?"

What if this particular person can finish a project in a quarter of the time someone else can. Should he or she be punished for being quick and accurate?
