It’s alright to take it at a decent pace and be able to manage it . I’ve been trying to loose weight after the baby and it’s quite difficult I must say . But you’re doing a great job
Nice bike ride, a decent amount of calories burned. 30 minutes is impressive! Sweating and exercise is so good for our lymphatic system (body's waste system). Keep up the daily progress. Nice to see other fitness people here on Steemit!

I am slowly losing weight. I guess eating is the key. But i am noticing new lows usually after workout days
