Let start with the first workout mistake which beginners make during their workout which is they don't perform the exercises with full range motion. The range of motion is completely ignored which should not be done because due to this underdevelopment lead in muscles.

Let me explain this that Mostly begginer and youngsters select very heavyweight because of which they are unable to perform the full range of motion . There are many benefits of doing a full range of motion as well .
