The idea of company loyalty or job loyalty isn't something that exists in today's world. I'm not even sure that it ever really existed except for the very fortunate individuals who are old and experienced enough to reminisce on the good ol' days. At the end of the day, no matter how much unpaid overtime you work, how many times you refuse to take a sick day even when sick, none of this matters when a company has all the leverage in a situation. Find a way to have a upper hand and don't worry about not being like your colleagues and working 80+ hour weeks. Very few of them will find it worth it when they stop and look back.
