Is the customer always right?
Well are they? To a point the customer is right in wanting a fair price for meeting their needs. That is what they deserve. They should be treated with respect and every effort should be made to make them happy.
Now to always right...not so much. There are people who push the limits and demand everything yet don't want to pay for it. Then when you don't GIVE them the surf and turf for the hamburger price they threaten to report you to your company for bad customer service.
Just my thought of the day.
