Fatigue in work
Feeling tired after long activities or doing activities when your body is not healthy is common.
Fatigue can also occur because it exerts too much of our physical and mental state to work continuously without adequate rest.
Basically fatigue can arise from excessive stress. This condition is exacerbated when someone is less rested but still 'diligent' smoking, drink supplements and energy drinks containing ginseng and caffeine.
However, if you often feel tired when it is enough rest, be careful you could have a serious illness until death threats
Do not underestimate the fatigue. The exhaustion left will cause health problems, including overachievers syndrome. This disease occurs when people experience emotional, cognitive, and physical fatigue at a time.
