Employee Employer Relationship
As long as I'm an employee, I can no longer understand how a employee is roughly and how it works. Sometimes I think they're tired of their work, so it's better to see what they think, if it's true they're tired of their job, it's better to ask if they want to find another job.
If this is a sales position and it sells so much lately, maybe the economy is not going well. Therefore, give them some time and direct them to reduced targets before reaching higher targets as in the past.
Ask them whether they have any personal problems and not because of the money a company provides, but because it is a great feeling due to the boss's concern to see how the employee is doing in his life. Maybe they have some problems in their lives, but they can't find answers.
