I'm just not cut out for it
While studying business and obtaining my MBA, I didn't want to be an entrepreneur. I know it's the only way to make some real money out there, but it seemed really frightening to me. Then I started to see how it could possibly work for me and I tried a few different things. Now I'm pretty certain that being an entrepreneur isn't for me.
I'm jealous of those who do it. I watch videos and talk with entrepreneurs all the time. But there's a block for me: anxiety and laziness.
I still wish there had been a well-paying career in psychology for me. Or that being a financial planner would take off more quickly. But the anxiety really gets in the way of developing business as a planner.
I have always loved arbitrage though. If there's one thing I have a passion for, it's finding an in-demand product and reselling it for a higher price. There's far less anxiety involved in what is almost a "sure thing" than there is in starting your own business.
Maybe my opportunity will come, but I just don't know where it is. Until then, I'm making a return to the corporate world. It's depressing, sure, but having a steady check will at least get rid of the pain of seeing a declining number in the bank.

Thank you. I really should do that. I really love arbitrage, so I've been working harder at it lately. I found some hot items at Target and it's paid out so far.

That sounds cool. I actually knew a Korean woman years ago who would visit the country each year and buy new clothing for her. She would always receive compliments for the jeans she wore and thought that maybe she should sell them in the US.
I think it's a great idea. Sometimes the unique style of something common like jeans can really make an impression.
Exactly! Plus internet has made everything accessible and convenient. Just have to google korean clothes wholesaler :)
