Do these kind of things require written contracts or are they like handshake agreements? If there was a contract and it was reneged on, would it be something not worth going to court for? The reason I ask is because for some it isn't worth slugging out in court. Just glad you got back safe and sound and that your vehicle came back in better condition than when it left.
