Your Fired!

Today I had to fire someone. It's probably the least favorite thing I have to do with my responsibilities. I don't enjoy it, my name is not Donald Trump.

I do feel that some people fit and others don't and trying to work with some people is just never going to work out.
This person that I let go of had only been with us for about 3 weeks and at this point in time we could see that it just wasn't working. I'm the one who did the interview, and all indications pointed to him being able to do the job but that just was not the case. It makes me sad when I have to let someone go.
