friend asked me this question I'm sick of being sensitive and going crazy every now and then from stress I wish I could work, sleep and do the other things I need to do with constant progress Everything mess up when I'm unstable I get angry easily ... then I lose focus and my balance ... I can't concentrate even though I try to concentrate again ... I lose my sleep routine and my schedule. I hate that. The question is not clear but I am sure you understand the meaning. Many of us have this problem.Stay focused on the light. Don't move a lot and stay still. Watch your breathing. If it's fast, slow down. Meditation is great for relaxing and bringing focus back to life.

Say "stop" and get back to your goals and ideal future. You can also focus on a calming word or scene.Do this whenever you go crazy with stress. Get up
