When a woman get 21 years old or older than that she should do a Pap test to check the possibility of cervical cancer. She should do the Pap test at least once in every 3 years.

When she would be more than 30 years old, could do both a Pap test and HPV test. But she should do these tests at least once in every five years. When a woman gets 60 years old then she may stop testing by consulting with doctor. Cause after 60 years the risk of cervical cancer may decrease.

Women who are sexually active may attack by STDs. For ensuring they can do tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis at least once in every year. Sex addicted women should do a HIV test at least once in life time because they may at risk. Another important advice, please don’t forget to do yearly check up of your whole body.

Try to drink pure water everyday

Drinking pure water is essential for good health of both men and women. But sometimes it becomes difficult to drink 100 percent pure water. But I think you can follow some techniques. These are:

1.First of all check the quality of your tap water. You can test your water through a certified lab or municipal system.

2.When you will find that the tap water is ok then you can buy a carafe filter to improve the taste & remove lead from water.

3.You can also buy a faucet-mounted filter to eradicate additional contaminants of water such as arsenic. Arsenic is very injurious for both men and women health.

While going outside you can take filtered tap water in a reusable stainless steel bottle for drinking. The stainless steel bottles are BPA free, so you can use these bottles without worry. But be careful about using plastic bottles because in plastic bottles there are some chemicals which may pose health problems.

Check your posture everyday

Women should check their posture every day. But don’t know how to do? Don’t worry we are always there for you. First of all stand up straight on your left leg but be careful don’t move; now start counting and see how long you can hold the pose at once. When you are up then put your foot down. Now repeat the same thing on the other side and see how long you can hold the pose. Can you balance at least 20 seconds on each leg? If you can’t then I am sure that you aren’t able to stand straight rightly or may be your muscles are too weak that’s why they can’t to hold you in place without moving. Now what to do? You should do the same thing 3 times in a day on each leg then day by day your legs will improve.

Do sex with your partner

Several studies identified that sex reduces stress and reduce the risk of chronic disease. But the condition is you have to enjoy it, so have a good sex with your partner.
