It is completely a way to reach eventual consensus! And for many women, I think they actually derive enjoyment from the process. Whereas my tendencies are usually to try and arrive at a conclusion FAST! I feel like ladies tend to be less hurried about it. Also, I think they don't necessarily feel the pressure to arrive anywhere :P
