A Viking in the shell...

in #witness7 years ago

Hi, My name is Kim Staflund and i am a Swedish Viking living in Thailand 4 the last 12 years

Some week ago i run by this website and feel this i what the marketing really need. Best way to get people to learn more about crypto and to getting in this new technology for the normal internet user to get flooded with information & knowledge. That have this community really hit jackpot in. I would like to introduce myself to this community, for years i have been in crypto currency. So far i worked with github and taught myself how to setup and run different projects.

By finding Steem it feels like to find the right place for me to stay and improve my skills with the community to become a reliable Steem witness in the future.

So by saying that i kindly ask you for assistance when i run into issues and looking forward for a great time with all of you.

This is what i doing when i not managing computer systems

Welcome! what things you specialize in? what kind of projects? :)

Hi @bymma . I am working with linux based system mostly, running alot vps servers with different projects from github. When i get free time i always play around in my shells and github projects.

At moment i read alot in GoLang and Crypto. I been freelancing jobs around Asia and in Thai most time. I moved from Sweden when i was 21 so its been a long rocky road to my 32 years today with many interesting adventures and experiences.

I been follow Defcon community and the other cons for 10 latest years. Think i look and try most of the martial released and also all open source in this time zone that is worth looking at in github. Some friends say i wasting my time on this computers and should get a job on some company. But i just love the cyber space and how its constantly morph and shift.

Need to run to my Thai language course now. Have a great day @bymma

i like it! Just keep on doing what you like... I lived in koh samoi for 5 months and met lots of people making a living in alternative ways.

The costs of living in thailand makes it easier to earn a living on the web, so why not do what you enjoy doing.

im not that skilled with programming and computer language, but i have many ideas to get funding on projects....
one project is

www.algatric.com
Its pretty rough and basic still, and I plan to broaden the niche a bit more...
