Everyone is free to choose and no one owns any explanation. Just close your eyes and vote with your heart. If someone is unhappy, that means they have to realise they have to make changes. Please keep in mind that we don't have to check their accounts, but to check if they are supportive as witnesses. It is very important to understand that not even in real life no one can survive on their own.
How the community works in my mind ; it doesn't matter how much SP (steem power) have you got in your account, if you keep being selfish, you are the one who will look after yourself, and no one else. If you don't like sharing and you are not supportive, I feel sad for you; that means you didn't "taste "the happiness of others.
I want to make Minnows to understand that all of us build steemit.com. We can't grow if we don't have the support of witnesses, as they can't survive if they don't have our votes.
It's like in real life: today you can be rich and in short time you can become homeless, and of course you can have a decent life and feel happy because you have the support of true friends.
You are free to change your votes as many times as you want.
There are witnesses like @surpassinggoogle, who makes you feel like part of the family.

Strange... Somehow I felt the same in many occasions, and one of the reasons why people think to end up their life is because they think they have no reason to fight. People should understand that they have to fight for their dreams first; if you have no dreams, you don't feel alive. Once you join steemit, you can't just "let it go" because of the people that you get a connection with. And you keep talking with them and they just don't let you down and don't let you go. It is something that I appreciate about steemit, because here you have the chance to make real friends and you just don't feel alone anymore.
Your efforts to help peoples selecting right witness is really great. It will surely help many, including me ☺

Wow! There is so much to read, evey post has got I link attachment in it. Most of them are full of highly technical coding decoding nodes, however thnx for keep this post simple and including link to these posts explaining role of witness.
