Hey sorry i didn't check this comment to my old post. I'm on discord if you want to get me.
I think the fund should be used for listing on exchanges and advertising. Steemit is already looking at paying to list on as many exchanges as possible, I am in touch with them directly.
My goal is to have that decentralised as well, and paying for exchange listings is one of the best things it can be used for.
