Yehey.org Gateway to STEEM Blockchain across the globe with Load Balancer
Instead of complaining that access to the STEEM Blockchain is slow through Steemit.com website due to traffic load. As your hardworking Witness, I've decided to build Yehey.org Network of Servers that will automatically distribute global traffic evenly using Load Balancer with Geo Routing to keep traffic local and route to the nearest end-point servers. This will help promote our community to the world with reliable access and grow it's value. I want to see STEEM increase it's value better than Bitcoin. Obviously, I dream big. Dream on and we all go to the moon.
I started with 2 servers in USA and Europe. Right now, the server utilization is under 5% enough room to accommodate plenty of users. All the servers are ready to scale. The load balancer will evenly distribute the traffic so it will be always ON all the time 24x7. When a server is under maintenance or off, you will be redirected to the nearest server or not so busy server. Your access to the STEEM blockchain is alway ON.
Why USA and Europe? Right now based on 24 hours traffic to our servers, here's what we have.
I will add two more servers in Sydney and Singapore or Tokyo. Depending on budget.
Security. All Yehey.org servers are configured with SSL, the highest encryption possible allowed to encrypt your session from your computer to the STEEM blockchain. This is to protect your session against any malicious users.
Protection against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) to maintain the performance and availability.
DNS Flood. By disrupting DNS resolution, a DNS flood attack will make a website, API, or web application non-performant or completely unavailable.
HTTP Flood (Layer 7). HTTP flood attacks generate high volumes of HTTP, GET, or POST requests from multiple sources, targeting the application layer, causing service degradation or unavailability.
Cloudflare’s layered security approach combines multiple security capabilities into one service. It prevents disruptions caused by bad traffic, while allowing good traffic through, keeping websites, applications and APIs highly available and performant.

Server Hardware is scalable, no CPU or memory limitation, we can go up or down if needed.
Access to our servers using Two-Factor Authentication, limited ports open e.g. http, https and ssh (optional).
Software is Open Source. Yehey.org website is powered by the same software that runs on Steemit.com. For more information, please visit official the page https://github.com/steemit/condenser
Official Website: Yehey.org
Europe Zone. (Using the latest condenser)
USA Zone.
ASIA Zone is to follow. Vote if you prefer to have it our server in Singapore, Tokyo, or Sydney. Let me know.
Funding. I initiated this project using my hard earned money because I believe in this community, the STEEM blockchain, people and to all the nerdy behind the scenes. Moving forward I need your support to help pay these servers and recurring services. Excellent network, performance, availability and services comes with a high price to maintain. It will be easier to manage if everyone in our community are here to help.
- Please Up Vote and Resteem, every action helps.
- Transfer 10 SBD to @yehey or any amount, all will go to servers payment.

Thank you
Wow usa having a huge traffic on data. Actually that is expected since they are most of the time the one who engaged with this platform.
This is only traffic coming to our servers. I will keep you posted.
dude... your work is impressive... I was only a little sceptical... but I'm impressed now. this is a much undervalued post. maybe I can help spread this around.
Thank you @inqiringtimes. Still plenty of room to improve. I am working on a third server to use the latest release of condenser with caching layer to speed up access to the network.
Again thank you for helping.
Nice dude and that was amazing post @yehey
Great job on the distributed front end with geo-routing. I'll definitely have a look at this. This is exactly what is needed. Awesome!!!
Is this a steemit.com mirror site with the same functionality?
Just another front-end website accessing STEEM blockchain data on steroid :)
Resteemed, upvoted, and verified to make sure I had you as a witness vote (with all the screwey things going on I wanted to double check). I've been using yehey.org off and on and appreciate what you're doing for the community and the roll call for #teamusa.
Thank sir, much appreciated.
Another roll call is due for #TeamUSA
That is some impressive work there sir. It is a bit technical but i got what are doing here. Upvoted and resteemed your post. It might not be much but that's all i can afford to do for now. Will be following. Keep being awesome!

Excellent initiative I have written a post in Spanish to explain, in very simple terms, this great contribution to the Steemit ecosystem. Greetings from Uruguay! https://steemit.com/spanish/@servisaberlo/que-es-yehey-org-por-que-indexa-antes-que-steemit
