1- Rised the number of witnesses shown.

• Subject to future changes if the page becomes too slow for the y user.

2- Added a block decay indicator for the top 20.

• We have obviously exaggerated the penalty for testing purposes. We also only tied the penalty to the top 20 for performance purposes. For the above example, if a top 20 witness is 10 blocks behind the head block, the account will be highlighted. The goal here is to just facilitate the detection of witnesses at the top who are heavily messing blocks.

1- Added an indicator that warns if some node operators are only redirecting their domain to an existing node.

• This was done based on a request from the community since some public Seed/API nodes were just redirecting requests to other existing nodes.
