Fixing a small bug of showing zero balances on Steem2BTS page

As you can see in this post - @rme has made a successful swap from STEEM to BTS.
When he was using it, the page shows zero balance which is a bug (there is actually BTS in the account).
I did notice that occasionally, and after investigation, I think this is a bug, therefore, I fixed it accordingly.
The BTS node may have issues - and when that happens, I added a check to skip updating the DB.
I switched to a more robust BTS node located in USA.
