Follow Your Conscience

We've all seen the Captions... They're everywhere. Facebook has Billions of them. So what is the Underlying Condition.

Are we all running a Marathon? Is there a Finish Line? What is the Prize? Why does it feel like there's so many different paths to take? How can we know where we're Headed?

From Money to Vacations to Employment to Recreation to Wherever or Whatever, It's all one big Giant Question.... Have you found your Answers?

Ultimately, I think we try to be Wise with our Decisions so that in the end we find Pleasure and Purpose.

Have you Ever done something You're totally Ashamed of? Have you ever Failed Miserably in life? Have you ever thought about the life your living and whether or not it's working out the way you dreamed?

Maybe you've Accomplished a lot of your personal goals and You've attained Prominence and Fortune, all the while Acquiring things you're Proud of, But do you feel fulfilled?

I think if we start at the Beginning, with all the Captions being Proliferated with Pomp, we begin to Understand that much of life is a Quest towards Well being. The Captions aren't very Tangible, but we try to hold on to the Meaning or even grasp its Comprehension... To make ourselves feel better or to bring a Smile to our Faces. Maybe it stirs something Inside us to be better towards others, or Possibly it Begins to Weave in us a New Understanding of some Tenet or Motto. Then we boldly seize the day and yet another snare entangles us on our so called Quest and suddenly we're thrust upon a new Path to God knows where... Hoping that We'll gain some Wisdom or find the Answers to that Strange Encounter or Odd Situation or Miserable Experience or Why Why Why.

Yet even though we end our day with a Glass of whatever or a Movie or anything else to forget our Troubles or the Challenges of the Morrow, We continue with this thing called Existence. A force that pulls and pushes us Beckoning us onward to Complete the tasks in front of us, all the while Grasping for a Complete Experience that we can wear as a Badge even though it may be drenched in Confused Decision or Questionable Regret. As we lay our Heads on our Pillows, the world continues to Spin. Maybe tonight will be the night where I'll have that amazing Dream or maybe in the Morning i'll wake up full of ideas or a new Energy or the Vitality to find more meaning and understanding.

And so the Cycle continues.. Another Caption or Youtube Video or News Article or Maybe it's the Pancakes you ate this morning that give you Motivation.

How about Wisdom? How about listening to your Conscience? Maybe life's Captions are just Snapshots of our Ignorance or Stupidity that was born out of disobedience to our Conscience. Could it be that Deep Down we truly want more from life but we Chose to be Foolish for a moment and thus our Destiny is Perverted towards Failure or Miserable Experiences or even a Tragic End? What is the Truth? Is it a just a Caption ???
