Since 2020 the residents of the state of Wisconsin have spent 360 of the past 391 days under a governor ordered state of emergency. The ongoing state and states of emergency have never been extended by a joint resolution by the Wisconsin Legislature. The joint resolution requirement is mandated by state law and is being completely ignored by our elected officials. When will the madness end?
