Back in the 70s there was a lot of illegal growers in their houses
They would steal electricity using those phone lines outside from their neighbors
And they would even steal water

The most disturbing things we found out
They can connect plates into peoples houses, steal electricity from the neighboring businesses and houses
And uses power converters to electrocute people inside their houses using a cell phone
