Windows 10 store gone! What to do?

My problem started when I tried to use a command in powershell to reinstall the applications, but for some reason some apps (email, weather, calendar, news, etc.) and were not opened with the names @ {microsoft ...}
After trying to install all the applications I have installed have been preserved and settings as well. The dilemma of format or was not just this, because I do not want to lose two days reinstalling all (Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server, Oracle, crystal reports ... etc).
I spent two weeks trying to solve this problem by running thousands of commands in powershell, regedit, msconfig and cmd ... but only solved so. ;)
