Healthy oat chocolate muffins🍫🍫🍫
Perfect #afterschoolsnack or a mid morning treat for you.
1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup cacao
1/4 cup rice malt syrup/maple/honey
3 eggs
2 TSP baking powder
1/2 TSP baking soda
80g dark choc, crushed or chopped
1/2 cup wholemeal spelt flour
1 cup regular spelt flour
Preheat oven to 180c. Use 12 silicone muffins cups or grease a muffin tin.
Soak oats in milk.
Whisk together oil, syrup, baking powder and soda and dark chocolate.
With a fork mix in oat, milk, spelt and cacao.
Pour into prepared muffin cases and bake for 20 mins. Check for another 10 mins.
Makes 12.
