tandoori chicken
Ingredients : 1 chicken
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
cumin paste 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 4 tbsp
kabab spice 1 tsp
clarified butter 4 tbsp
chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
nut paste 1 tbsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
coriander paste 1/2 tsp
salt as taste
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
tomato sauce 1 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method : cut the chicken into 4 pieces and mix with the spices properly and marinate for and hour.
then add 2 tbsp clarified butter and bake into oven in 200 degree celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
or in coal grill cook until it turns into brown.
pour the spice stock onto the chicken in between for couple of times.
pour clarified butter before take out from heat.
