RE: Bad Luck or is it more bad news.
while I'm not big on mysticism, I do think there is a form of human intuition in how we see the world.
The Rule of Three fits in with that;
- We usually write with 3 supports/arguments (standard for many assignments)
- The minimum amount of supports for the things we build are three (even if WE walk on 2 legs)
- We see reality in three dimnesions
I'm not big on mysticism/religions either but i do think if you strip away the dogma there is an old truth at the heart of such things.
If you dig down deep enough, you get to a level that you can't understand rationally. I think that what passes for mysticism/spirituality is an attempt to put a rational take on those areas.
Some haunted houses use subsonic noise to generate apprehension in their clients...as a scientific fact, we know that level of noise causes anxiety, but we don't know why!
Maybe our rational powers will expand to understand those areas we cant understand now, but I am sure that when we do, we will run into a new level that we can't understand.
